1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & ONLINE CONTENT

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, including but not limited to:

Online courses

Memberships and subscriptions

Coaching programs

Digital downloads

Recorded content

Access to private communities

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Once access is granted or content is delivered, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued, except where required by applicable law.


2. SUBSCRIPTIONS & MEMBERSHIPS

For subscription-based products (including coaching groups and memberships):

You may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for:

Current billing period

Previously charged fees

Access will remain active until the end of the paid billing period.

Failure to cancel prior to renewal does not qualify for a refund.


3. COACHING & CONSULTING SERVICES

Payments for coaching, consulting, group calls, or advisory services are non-refundable, whether delivered live or recorded.

Missed sessions, scheduling conflicts, or failure to attend do not qualify for a refund.


4. LIVE EVENTS & TICKETS

All sales of live or virtual event tickets are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

Event tickets:

Are non-transferable unless expressly stated otherwise

Do not include travel, lodging, visas, or related expenses

We are not responsible for:

Travel delays

Visa denials

Personal scheduling conflicts

Event changes outside our reasonable control


5. MERCHANDISE (PRINT-ON-DEMAND)

Merchandise is produced on a print-on-demand basis.

As such:

All sales are final

No refunds or exchanges are offered for incorrect sizing or buyer’s remorse

We will replace items only if:

The product arrives damaged

The product is materially defective

The product received is incorrect

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery by contacting [email protected].


6. EXCEPTIONS REQUIRED BY LAW

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

If a refund is required by law, it will be issued in accordance with applicable legal requirements.


7. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us first may result in:

Immediate termination of access to all products and services

Permanent account suspension

Ineligibility for future purchases

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks where permitted by law.
